Contact HART to request an RMA# (return material authorization). Please have your HART RMA# before physically returning the item.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but parts sold as “non-returnable” are not returnable. Feel free to contact Parts@HartDesign.com if you believe that you may have an exception to this rule.
