1. PayPal – Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), debit card, PayPal, PayPal Credit, or any other payment methods accepted by PayPal.
2. Check – Without an approved credit application on file, your order will not be processed and prepared for shipment until after we receive your payment.
3. PO – If paying by Purchase Order (PO) you must have an approved credit application on file and an account in good standing.

When you “pay” by Purchase Order (PO) you will be invoiced. Please pay in a timely manner, as indicated on the invoice (timely payments help to ensure that your account remains in good standing).

We apologize for the inconvenience, but parts sold as “non-returnable” are not returnable. Feel free to contact Parts@HartDesign.com if you believe that you may have an exception to this rule.

Contact HART to request an RMA# (return material authorization).

Customer only pays for return shipping if it is customer-driven.

Certainly! You may browse our online store using filters to find your product, or you can contact HART at Parts@HartDesign.com for assistance while selecting a product. For the best possible service, supply detailed application information, including your process variables (i.e. flow rate, elastomers, connection sizes, etc.) so we can match you with the correct component as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are dependent upon your chosen shipping method – utilize your carrier’s tracking numbers (if provided).

7 AM – 3 PM central time. Call in advance to arrange special pickup times.

Certainly – UPS or Ex Works (EXW).

What’s EXW? EXW means that the seller (HART) will have goods ready to ship, and the customer arranges shipping. Freight items are available for pickup between the hours of 7 AM – 3 PM central time.
